FreeStack is provided by WETTON&CO LTD (company 16313497, England and Wales), C/O Hilton Consulting Canalot Studios, 222 Kensal Road, London, England, W10 5BN. Contact support@freestack.co.uk. These terms cover accounts, collections and contributions. Personal data is covered by the privacy policy; newsletter signup is a separate choice.
Accounts and saved collections
Account and contribution features are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Use an email you control, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. Export important collections. Shared links are accessible to anyone holding the link; public material can be indexed or copied.
Submission rules
- Provide accurate information and ongoing free access for directory tools, rather than trial-only products. Paid personal bookmarks can be stored privately.
- Publish only material you own or have permission to share, including logos and images. Keep confidential work and others’ private information out.
- Disclose ownership, employment, sponsorship, affiliate relationships and relevant connections.
- No illegal material, threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, scams, malware or impersonation, including links to such material.
- No spam, manipulated ratings, private-data scraping, bypassing limits or interference with site security/availability.
Content permissions
You retain ownership. For material submitted for publication, you grant Wetton&Co a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, resize, format, edit for clarity and display it to operate and promote the relevant FreeStack contribution or listing, including via suppliers acting for us and a FreeStack roundup. This does not transfer copyright or authorise unrelated resale. Private notes are not licensed for public promotion.
Withdraw pending content or request published removal using Report content. Permission for future publication ends when removal is completed, except lawful records and restricted recovery copies. We cannot recall emails already delivered or independently downloaded copies. We assess reports where another person’s rights conflict with submitted material.
Moderation and appeals
Member suggestions, community contributions and listed snapshots require editor approval; checks do not guarantee that an external service is safe. We may decline, correct, restrict or remove material and suspend abusive accounts under these rules, giving reasons where appropriate. Edits may require a fresh review. Report illegal content, privacy or copyright concerns and appeal decisions through Report content. Include the URL, reasons and evidence. Urgent safety matters take priority; we communicate outcomes when contact details are available. Ordinary safety reporting is free.
Listings and advertising
Providers can change prices, limits, licences and terms. Check with them before relying on a listing. Member ratings are opinions, not warranties. Sponsored placements are labelled; paid advertising does not buy positive reviews. Relevant affiliate relationships should be disclosed. An advertising enquiry alone creates no purchase: a brief and price must be agreed separately.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted service or external providers’ accuracy, availability or security. External services have their own terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence, or removes mandatory consumer rights. We remain responsible to the extent required by law.
Changes and law
Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. These terms use the law of England and Wales; its courts may hear disputes without limiting consumers’ mandatory rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction. Contact us if something needs resolving.
