Ongoing-free Apache-2.0 source software with no vendor agent, workflow or execution quota in the code licence. Local-model examples are documented; the default quickstart uses a separately billed API. Model weights, inference, hosting, tool APIs, data rights and compute are separate and may cost money.

Apache-2.0 for source code; preserve required notices. Dependencies, datasets, connected tools and model weights have their own licences.
