Ongoing-free local source software. The core licence imposes no provider file, export, watermark, storage, project or team-seat quota. Practical scale depends on hardware, installation and dependencies. Hosted compute, APIs, sync, model files and support are separate. Most GitHub operations require a GitHub account and service permissions, with separate service limits.
